I am a certified yoga instructor with 20+ years of international experience. I work with people who experience pain, poor posture or have suffered an injury. I also work with people that just want to learn the proper alignment of yoga poses. As someone who has been through 2 high impact accidents in the past, I understand the benefit of practicing yoga and pilates. I want to pass on my personal success in overcoming these factors to my students.
